Detailed Job Description:
Dumper driver will be expected to complete a variety of tasks including:
Loading and unloading stone, gravel or sand.
Distributing concrete, curbstones
Rolling over surfaces to flatten ground

Be hard working, reliable and punctual
A Handyman must:
Hold a CSCS Card
Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment – Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles
Have his own tools like a drill, hand tools, saw etc

Working on behalf of the main contractor, your main duties will be ensuring the security and traceability of site documents and records. Also responsible for control of registration, scanning, filing and distribution of both hard copy and electronic documentation.
Responsible for driving and maintaining the tractor to transport construction materials and equipment from one location to another. Must have a driver’s license and experience operating tractors.

Responsible for coordinating traffic on the construction site to ensure the safety of workers and drivers. Must have experience in traffic management and basic knowledge of site safety.
Responsible for ensuring the safety of workers and the construction site in general. Must have experience in site safety and basic knowledge of first aid.
Responsible for operating and maintaining lifting and hoist equipment on the construction site. Must have a driver’s license and experience operating lifting and hoist equipment.
Responsible for operating and maintaining telehandler and forklift equipment on the construction site. Must have a driver’s license and experience operating telehandler and forklift equipment.
Responsible for ensuring that workers have access to welfare facilities on the construction site and for handling waste safely and responsibly. Must have basic knowledge of site welfare and waste management.
